Is there any way to get this before an international court of human rights? Who has standing to refer the UK to the ICC over this? I think this goes beyond needing to be overturned. This is a crime against humanity and those responsible must face personal criminal liability.

likely eventually back to ECHR. hard to imagine how any enforcement of this won't breach human rights law UK are still obligated to uphold. problem is we must "exhaust all options" first..we are barely starting to fight this insanely prejudiced EHRC code..So likely years before ECHR even consider it
