Quick @repebble.com Index 01 update: - shipped 60% of all pre-ordered Index 01s. As mentioned in repebble.com/blog/index-0... most ship by end Aug, some variants ship in Sept - fixed tons of little issues ( ndocs.repebble.com/changelog) mobile app v1.9.1.3 fixes some bad Android connection bugs

Big SW thing in works is a plugin system that will let you use little JS plugins (headless PebbleKitJS) to route recordings, notes, reminders, transcriptions to different services.

We'll include a bunch of 1st party plugins, then eventually open this up to devs after we stabilize the API and add a new 'Plugin' section to apps.rePebble.com.

Plugins can offer two types of features: data sources (eg weather, traffic) and/or actions (eg Home Assistant, Spotify) Plugins can be a pipe to the service (eg send notes to Apple Notes, send reminders to Todoist) or expose capabilities to the Index agent that it can decide to use or not (ie MCP).

Will any of these plugins run directly on watches, or are they entirely phone-bound? Any interest in WASM plugins?

they run on the phone in pebblekitjs. not sure why they would run on the watch, since they all require internet/connectivity
