I’m way older than a swifties but my dog sitter is. I locked my dog & cat in the house and took an ambulance to the emergency room. I called her after abdominal surgery and she was in another state. She said “I got you” and took care of them.

I bought the “official” Eras tour book that Target wouldn’t sell you until Black Friday. I waited in line for hours. In the cold. Nah. I showed up an hour late and couldn’t find them. A worker told me they were up by the cashiers. They had plenty. I was out in 5 minutes.

This little girl has NO IDEA of the burdon born by true musicians. Swift is nothing rare, nothing to remember, unless you have NO EXPERIENCE to compare it to! She has nothing to inspire or enthuse you. Taylor may be an inspiration but she's no vocal talent or talent by any other definition!!

Realistically, she's a product of privilege. More than talent, it's easier to "make it" when your parents pay your way & are in a high tax bracket, you don't have to worry about anything but "pursuing your dream," you're naturally attractive, and you're white. That's the "secret" to success here.

Pity she failed to do anything special for all her fans who were denied seeing her in Vienna. Wife and daughter planned for a year and spent a lot of money only to be disappointed. Always believed she'd do SOMETHING special for them (free t-shirts?), but...crickets. A ticket refund isn't enough :€ {

The difference is instead of the Warriors having to prove themselves against other elite teams, all Taylor had to do was prove herself to her fans. Imagine if the NBA title was given out to whoever had the most dedicated, arguably deluded fanbase, as opposed to a competition against the best teams

For non-Swifties reading this who may not know: these three lines are lyrics from one of her most iconic songs, “All Too Well.” This caption is really meaningful in context and is actually perfect in its succinctness, in my personal opinion. ❤️
