Why do electors vote with their hearts and not their heads? If fifty percent of the foregoing were achieved it would make a huge improvement. Perhaps the advertisers’ promises of instant gratification have become implanted in the human psyche.

I’ve worked coordinating unions, employers and government in the oil industry in Norway. There were a lot of expats. A lot. They also detested everything having to do with unions. The first meeting was always strained. Like hostile. After a year or so when we were talking the gushed about unions.1/2

The Union system in the US and Canada has been corrupted, badly. The boomer leadership of almost all the big guns have gotten in bed. I think some of them think they're industry lobbyists. We need a strong youth movement to restore them. -raised by head bookeeper of MM&P premerge.

Banning "assault weapons" is nonsense. Address the real problem of mental health crises and vanishing social spaces. Taxing churches gets tricky because not all are guilty. Needs better distinction between legit local faith, and agenda-pumping donation pits.

Term limits for Congress: 2 or 3 terms for senate, equivalent for House, ie 12-18 years max in each chamber. Congress wasn’t meant to be a career “Job security” = no progress. Term limits = motivation to make an impact and leave a legacy.
