I need people to reply to this with switch game recommendations, been going through a huge list and hoping I didn't miss any rare or obscure ones

Looking for lesser-known Switch picks? Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a polished, charming one worth adding to your list. Its Switch edition is easy to grab: kirby and the forgotten on Amazon

i always get excited for Kirby to never actually play it when it comes out so I'll give it a shot (played air riders at least)

the famicom detective trilogy, the remakes and the new one, are all supposed to be great.

13 Sentinels is the obvious one already mentioned, so I'll give a shoutout to the Famicom Detective Club Trilogy. The first two haven't really aged a day, and the first one is possibly one of the best Nintendo games I've played in a long time. Otherwise, uhhh... Astral Chain feels oddly forgotten.
