hmmm the sellers unloading @ a high demand price the buyers getting properties now at a low price the real estate / property managers / lawyers for each transaction the gov employees at all levels salaries buying & selling at a loss and getting all approvals i am sure trump has a grift, tbc more?

Most if not all purchases were way over market value. I'm sure an investigation into the sellers would reveal major trump donors. There's tangible excessive gains. But the bigger problem is how much cash can be recovered. Certainly not anywhere near their costs. REAL Waste.

Oh, they are selling them to friends. They’re going to get a really good deal with these properties. And the we the taxpayer are the losers, twice over.
