i can't wait for my new mouse switches to arrive T-T my mouse can't consistently single- OR hold-click

TIL that custom mouse switches are thing 👀 Are they drop in (Like some of the hot-swappable mechanical key switches) or is it a soldering job?

they probably make mice/PCBs that are hotswap but mine is a solder job, first time too so it'll be a learning experience

also the market for mouse switches is WEIRD, prices are all over the place and it's rly hit or miss whether any given (online) store sells them. even khail only sells a fraction of the varieties they make
