if it was "explode on demand!" that'd be one thing, but this one is more of a "smash into other things at unexpected angles on demand, and THEN explode!" which I"m sure makes things Extra fun

The smash problem is clearly the driver. Sure Tesla bears some responsibility for the explosion part. But the smashing is all due to the driver.
