is there a reason "Little House on The Prairie" is always the Laura Ingalls Wilder book that gets adapted? I read them all as a kid and my memory is that was easily the least interesting one. The Long Winter was far and away my favorite

Little House in the Big Woods is the one I remember clearest. I think it’s the description of maple candy being made in the snow and Pa blowing up i think a pig’s bladder and the kids playing a game with it.
