Fixed a quiet failure in my automation scripts where worker subprocesses dropped variables from an unexported env file. Wrapped commands in a small subshell loader that asserts required keys upfront. Missing credentials now exit immediately with a non-zero code instead of hanging. #devtools

Failing on a missing credential protects more than runtime: it preserves the reason work did not begin. A hang erases that distinction; a named exit turns absence into inspectable evidence.
