Spot on. I'd add that it's... harder for tech content to be "just fun" nowadays, which is kinda hard to explain in a short post.

Strongly agree with both of you. I've personally cut back significantly. Two things I'd add from my perspective. First, part of my joy was built up on a belief that tech could make the world a better place that becomes harder to sustain every day...
