A one-year-old girl watched masked ICE agents beat her father on the roadside in Donna, Texas. He is a U.S. citizen, and his wife had already told the agents that they were Americans. The agents continued the assault as his wife watched helplessly. Repost this everywhere!

Now imagine if while they were dog piling on an American citizen with no legal rights to do so, a constitution loving patriot came to help with their second amendment. They better hope things go peacefully on the fourth and days fallowing.

What makes this even more sickening is that children are being forced to witness this violence against their own parents. Those images don't simply disappear when ICE agents leave. The trauma stays with those children, while the people who inflicted it walk away.

It's horrifying that being born in America no longer gives brown people peace of mind about their own safety. No one should have to live under the constant threat of being racially profiled, detained, or kidnapped by ICE. That fear is an indictment of the government creating it.

It's disturbing how comfortable some people have become with watching ICE agents terrorize kids. No family should have to fear for their safety simply because they're trying to get through an ordinary day. This cruelty should never become normal.

But it’s BEEN normal for non-white people from before the founding of the country. Ask any indigenous person. People are just noticing because it’s happening to people they identify with now.

The father was forced onto the roadside and pinned down by multiple ICE agents. His wife and child were left witnessing violence that no family should ever have to endure.
