All: call the congressional switchboard @ (202) 224-3121 & ask for Mike Johnson’s office. You’ll likely get his voicemail so leave him a message demanding a refund of all money you paid in tariffs since these were a tax imposed w/out congressional approval. Flood M. Johnson’s office w/ calls & msgs.

SCOTUS (minus 3) smelled the coffee. Now hoping to reverse the no accountability ruling that threatened to make the Court obsolete. Meanwhile, back at MAGAville???....

Shocked that a few MAGAts in Trump’s SCOTUS actually followed the law but afraid to get too happy. The Criminal in Chief definitely has a backup plan to continue to steal from us & destroy our economy. Illegality won’t stop Hitler II from imposing destruction, suffering, & death on the vulnerable.

It should have been a unanimous ruling and it should have been delivered quickly. The tariffs were so obviously against the law, it is like those three dissenters were trying the equivalent of ruling the Earth is flat. What little credibility they had remaining is now reduced to zero.

I was really and truly wondering if they were going to woodchip the economy just to indulge the Orange Toddler. What was the ruling count? I'll bet Alito and Thomas at least, if not Gorsuch found an excuse to rule for
