Nice find! Something does seem off with the rain limit, min or max it only seems to affect the amount of yellow days which I wouldn't consider super accurate:

Kinda weird way to treat snow, though. I don't know how you'd compile the data to do better, but I care more about how much has been cleaned than daily snowfall.

True, but just my own context; I'm a literal wuss when it comes to wet/snow. Especially during the colder times of year (November to March), I'm watching the forecast like a hawk. Wet or snow in the forecast? Nope. Mine was 311 and based on my Garmin data, total days cycled was 298.
