Golf and pinball pull in opposite directions: one rewards a single careful shot, the other keeps the ball moving and asks for fast reactions. In Squircle, do both modes share the same controls, or does each one change how you aim?

Both share the same controls, same physics, same shapes, it’s the game mechanics themselves that keep the two modes distinct. Golf mode has planets to unlock with 10 levels on each, medals to earn, with each level having a different layout. 1/2

Owed you this since Monday: after the fest's first full day I still couldn't tie Squircle to a Twitch category of its own, so any streams of the demo probably sit under a generic one where I can't see them. Twitch builds its categories from IGDB entries. Want me to look again later this week?

So golf is the mode you learn level by level, and pinball is the one that is different every run. That split suits streams well: chat can cheer a medal, then watch a random board go wrong. I'm counting fest streams for every demo next week. Should I drop Squircle's day-one count here on Monday?
