Dev log: our Kokoro voices kept silently falling back to Piper. Culprit: piper's 2023 onnxruntime 1.14 DLL sat at the bundle root next to the 1.26 build, and a bare-name LoadLibrary sometimes loaded the old one. Fix: strip it at build time + a CI gate for shadow DLLs. #indiedev #python #tts
