Am I supposed to have these edit and delete buttons on every hack?

Yes. All updates and deletions go through a queue system for approval, just like on romhacking.net.

When I try to do the security check to create a new account I get the following error: "Too Many Requests"

I keep getting an internal server error resetting my password. It may not have liked the special character I used signing up, either.
