The position paper on 'A single digital educational identity' contains this sentence: 'in education, SSI in its purest form is not applicable, because complete control over one’s own data is not possible for a learner.' Anyone knows whats going on here? www.surf.nl/files/2026-0...

Ooh interesting. Maybe we should get e.g. @quillmatiq.com and/or @snarfed.org on a call with our mastodon folks, see what there might be there re:bridging and such (esp given what we gonna be doing 😉)
