Do you have systems in place for community copies? How are PDF version updates handled?

While we need to update the documentation about community copies, that kind of thing is fully supported. You can have multiple pricing tiers, PWYW pricing, limited numbers for a particular tier, or anything else. Buyers will be notified of PDF updates, unless they opt out of those emails.

How about free community copies that replenish based on the number of copies sold? That has to be done manually on itchio

This will likely come as a wild suggestion, but is there any form of functionality to allow users to upload digital content they've purchased from elsewhere but store in whatever library they have on site?

I get why you want that (a central library of everything you own), but it's unlikely to be possible. The hosting space and storage is probably the main concern there. If there's a way we can facilitate some kind of central library, then we'll see what could be possible there.
