I’ve never been to the (mostly tourist-catering) Cheesecake Factory in Center City, but my hot take is Philadelphians don’t really need CF because we have Sabrina’s Cafe.

There's one right over in Cherry Hill but I've only been to the one in Orlando, dragged there by my sister who always goes to the one in KC (Wichita not having one). It was an interesting experience, in an "I saw the elephant" way.
