Our dog just came in smelling like??? We have no idea! It wasn't skunk but we still immediately showered him in skunk shampoo. We both walked our yard to try to figure out the source of the death smell he just rolled in. We have no clue! We even let him back out hoping he would lead us to it. Nope.

We have skunk shampoo because he's been sprayed 3 times in the 1 1/2 years we've had him. This isn't skunk. It's carcass? Maybe? I've never smelled that before but it's vile. He's totally going to roll in it again in the morning. Fuck.

We hired a trainer recently to help with some behavioral issues. My main takeaway was him saying that dogs have 3 needs - brain, body, and chew. Simple mind games wear them out. Have plenty of chew toys, and use a flirt stick. Also lotsa treats for good behavior. youtu.be/FQPbt1DB2kk?...

Heard. We dont do as much as we should, but I can attest to 5 or 10 minutes of flirt pole a day (or twice) goes a long way.

Trainer said the flirt pole solves like 95% of the problems his students have. Wears them out, and you get some free drop it, sits, and patience training.
