"But the handicapped need cars!" No, what they need are options in mobility. The tech exists to enable their freedom of independent mobility, but almost always what is lacking is the enabling infrastructure. Bike lanes and quality sidewalks serve everyone.

The fascinating thing with these is how easy it makes it for wheelchair users to switch modes. Getting a chair into a car is always a hassle and certainly takes longer than this five second process.
