Malaysia recently revoked the licence of “Network State” leader Balaji Srinivasan's “Network School”, but Balaji announced earlier today that “a memorandum of understanding has been signed between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Network School.” (Kazakhstan also belongs to “Pax Silica” .) 1/
