the market is actually a rather large operation -- far too much for one guy to take care of himself, so he has a few employees to help out. ettore has a studio apartment right behind the place, so he is always around & involved in the day-to-day, even when he's technically "off." he's a cool boss!

unlike some OTHER characters, he is kind, thoughtful, and generous. he's really proud of his successful business and loves sharing his good fortune & spreading positivity. you WILL receive a sample of whatever he is snacking on if you stop in when it's not super busy.

ok that's all very nice and professional but what does he do outside of work despite being so charming and sociable, ettore is actually very shy when it comes to dating, intimacy, etc... possibly even inexperienced for a man approaching 50... perhaps he was closeted until relatively recently? 🤔
