Ducted replacements is smart. My sister has a (rebuilt, highly insulated) 700 sq ft house that gets by on one high performance mini split, but every other house in our area is forced air gas furnaces.

It's by far the majority of the HVAC market in the US! While it's a bummer we can't serve every single person with this, we're going for the 80/20 rule
