@ericmigi.com my phone is blocking non-stop attempts from Mixpanel tracking software included with the Pebble app. It is currently the most privacy invasive app on my phone, and it's not even close. Don't quietly bundle garbage like this.

disable it if you'd like in Pebble app -> settings -> Diagnostics -> send app analytics. But know that you are making it harder for us to fix bugs.

That setting did help. I simply don't trust the security of Mixpanel (known breaches as recently as November 2025) and their ilk. It's not like any meaningful penalties are applied when they leak my data.
