Adam, you say Dems will be blamed for the shutdown unless they speak with one disciplined voice. You conclude they should, as one, vote no, AND BE DISCIPLINED ABOUT MESSAGING. You might just as well say that Dems should vote no, but only if they can poop jellybeans.
