Pretty sure it won't happen (not at least until they manage to regulate consumer-grade VPNs), but what if the kids end up going all-in on the fediverse?

It already sits at 17k+ servers (source: fediverse.party/en/fediverse/) which seems like a fun game of cat and mouse, but what do the government ban when clued up young nerds are launching their own hetzner servers with these things on? entire protocols?
