In rdoc-markdown gem I use csv file as an index. Could that be adopted? Or it has to be llms.txt?

The format doesn’t matter. It just needs to be what AI agents know to fetch proactively before reading individual pages. Also, it doesn’t really matter now as most agents have tools to automatically convert html to markdown already.
