this is correct--other than that bit of white Appalachia it's primarily first nations and "the black belt" in the South. Those folks were not "voting for this."

Yes. You can pick out reservations, some cities... Boston, Detroit, The Bronx, Milwaukee, etc... Appalachia, and the black belt. Just have to know where to look.
