As a non-USian, honestly I wouldn't mind pushing more Americans to vote. Way too many people deciding to tell the election all options are equally good instead of trying to productive and/or strategic about it. And it's not like they're being told to vote and do nothing else...

I agree that people need to be at least a little bit more aware of their local politics and policies and what their representatives are doing. It’s a lot less than thinking about politics on the grand scale, as much as that list seems long. But I want creatives to be pushing to vote AT MINIMUM.

We can still vote if our legal name has changed, yeah? I recall hearing that the administration wanted to make it so you can't vote if your legal name doesn't match your birth certificate, but idk if that actually happened.

I changed my name, I can still vote. As for birth certificate, you can get your legal name retroactively changed if you get your social security card updated.
