I know last year I said I probably wasn't going to do this for a while, but I think I'm going to have to raise my rates again this year. I'm not sure by how much, but any changes will go into effect on July 1st.

Note, any changes made in my rates will NOT effect any projects that have deposits paid before July 1st. So if you like where my rates are now and have been thinking of hiring me for your project in the future, the time to get on my books and get a deposit put down would be now.
