This is just RDoc displaying rbs sigs it can find. For Ruby core stuff, we already have many signatures included in the rbs gem, so docs.ruby-lang.org will display them along with the docs. For other projects, it reads either inline rbs doc on top of the method, or reads the .rbs files.
