This photo chokes me up. I vividly remember that day. Got a frantic call from my sister who lives a few blocks away with her two little kids. Then a call from my Ward 11 council colleague. Rushed to the scene. First person I saw was a beloved local reporter, camera out and eyes full of tears. 🫂
