I have to retract this. The Nobel Peace Prize, unlike other Nobel Prizes, is awarded by a Norwegian committee, under terms of Nobel’s will. It’s awarded in Oslo, not Stockholm (again, different, unique.) I assumed; I should know better than to assume!
