The FBI did not reach out to state investigators for copies of prior investigations, 2 sources familiar with the ongoing probe who were not authorized to speak publicly tell NPR. Includes finding of some errors, but errors that "do not affect the accuracy" of 2020 results.

Anyone can put on a coat that says “FBI” under this regime. Was it not obvious on it’s face that this whole raid was a corrupt sham when we all saw Tulsi Gabbard leading this thing?

Did DOJ lawyers violate Rule of Prof'l Conduct 3.3(d) with this affidavit? "In an ex parte proceeding, a lawyer shall inform the [judge] of all material facts known to the lawyer that will enable the [judge] to make an informed decision, whether or not the facts are adverse."
