Studio Carmim - Ardent Flame Lucia and the Accursed Mist

Do these new changes I'm working on make combat feel more readable or cluttered? 🤔 Still not sure about some font and colors... For eg I made the HP bar on top blue to match the blue for allies the in turn order, but then it's green on the char sheet and blue is for MP... which annoys me greatly 💀

I think you are right about the HP and MP for the blue characters vs the user interface. It would be best if they are consistent in my opinion. I would look at similar games and see what they do. Maybe the old Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem games are a good point of reference 🤔

I was actually using the new FF Tactics release I just got as a reference! I really like their UI work so far, but they do have it with different colors and I guess it works for them... But I'm not sold in mine so I might just use either blue for HP and change MP or use green for allies 😅

o wow, I am surprised they did that 😅 And red for MP to! Looks like it is blue vs red in the new 'Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave' for HP around the units and on the UI. But ofc they don't have MP 😅

Red for MP looks criminal doesn't it?? 🤣 Hmmm so it seems mismatching is not necessarily a problem then... I might just add a toggle to see different combinations in game and see how each looks, maybe I'll post a video to show when I try that out!
