The misconceptions about bra sizing are so uncomfortable Measuring my leaning bust (35") and underbust (28"), that would be 28+7, so 28E/F (A means +1, B means +2, C means +3, and so on)

Oh, but we used to add 4 inches to the band because OLD old bea bands used to be rigid and not stretch! Okay, so 28+4=32, then 32+3=35, so that's 32B/C A 32C cup is roughly like a 30D or 34B, before y'all shriek that there's no way I could be anything but an A or AA-cup Band size matters

Colloquially, we have this idea that A is small and DD is big But all the letter means is the difference between the underbust and bust measurements A small-breasted 28E/F would still best fit with the band and wires to accommodate 28+7 A 32A could technically cover them but move around a lot

"But you're so flat. You don't need a bra, so why are you talking about bra sizing?" Because even for small-breasted ladies, cleavage is possible IF YOU FIND THE RIGHT FIT PUSH-UP BRA Also, it's possible for small breasts to have cup borders dig in to spill over the top/"quadraboob" JUST SAYING
