I really love how #DrawSteel does this through their "Montage" system. Giving everyone in the group a chance for their character, not only to shine but to inject something about what makes them unique into a high-stakes situation just like the movies.

I know this might be a shock but I do this with post-it notes. I have little character reminders that have some info that is important about the character and their story. And if I have a moment for them I flip the note 90 degrees. Makes it easier to track on my screen

Definitely agree, but also knowing which players value which spotlight can really step this up by another level. Giving each player a more personalised experience is a great way to really show that you care about them and their needs

Yes, it's good to have a mental track of when a player has gone too long without some focus.
