Minnesota Senate candidate Peggy Flanagan has it right when she says ICE needs to be ripped apart. But she has to be better at saying what she means. I interpret it as cutting up the salvagable parts and returning them to the pre 9/11 agencies while ditching the Bush/Trump fascist additions.
