they should get quotes from all those lots near PPG arena, so they not only get price gouged like mad, but also get stuck in the event traffic on fifth all the time I'm sure the penguins fans will give them the welcome they deserve

"Event traffic on fifth" just sent me because it's so true! (As is the insane lot price gouging in that entire area.)
