Also, defining routes the way you do in tanstack router/start is so nice. could we also have a 'router.intercept' method and ParallelRoute constructor? It is so much more intuitive, to me at least, than parens and (...) syntax

Can’t wait to see it! In my TSRouter app, I’ve got a master pane and multiple details panes that can be configured. I’m using a route/component dictionary and dynamically rendering multiple components based on route matches. It’s not bad this way, but parallel routes might make it cleaner.

Are parallel routes different from parallel loaders?

Will be similar to how mobile routing works? That things are kept rendered in a stack-like structure?
