Early voting just started in Texas and Arkansas. Reuters just dropped some bad economic news on us.

Why is it only economic news that moves the needle?! We have a full crisis of democracy. I'm so frustrated.

Most folks don't pay any attention to politics. "It's boring." Many voted for trump because "he's funny" and that's it. Or didn't vote over random rumors. But a bad economy hurts everyone and wakes folks up. All of a sudden their shrinking paycheck isn't boring anymore. It's critical.
