Whenever I look at this UI, I always think “ugh surely this can be better” but then I go do something else and forget until next time What are examples of a better UX for this though? 🤔

It doesn't involve a clock face, that's for sure. The ones you haven't "faved" or used in 48 hours should disappear. This is the ONLY thing Siri excels at, so I never use this UI.
