Just scrolled through my first 30 posts on this platform and so far no signs of all around absolutely insufferable human behavior. Glad to have walked away from what remains of the rancid carcass of Twitter.

X has become a cesspool of pure unadulterated hatred from Nazis and crazies. Glad to find this — and I hope it stays positive.

Twitter is a shithole thanks to Musk. Full of bots, trolls, arseholes. No wonder people are leaving in droves. But don’t worry the US budget is clearly safe in his hands 🙈

This new department that Moscow Musk and the other nut case will be heading up, has no official standing or funding. Maybe good old Musk will fund it himself. Still it will have no official standing. also, DonOld Trump is not president yet.

Let’s hope this can be an actual twitter replacement or, what usually happens, people go back to their old ways after een few weeks of frustration. Engagement must be just as high as twitter quickly otherwise it will fail.

I left because I was tired of negative content on my feed 24/7. DALL-E photos of Musk and Trump and mostly LLM backed bots prompted to be rude asshats flooded everything. I hope we don’t become an echo chamber on Bluesky. Discourse is cool, constant confrontations is not.

I left Twitter a long time ago and been off Hatebook & QVTikTok since the election. Love the positivity, cat feed and no one has tried to sell me something. It’s been a refreshing break which is what social media should be!
