I’m not a big fan of baseball but my nephew was drafted by the Cardinals a few weeks ago. Seeing how Marmol and the Cardinals have rallied around their rookie pitcher after he was the object of an umpire’s racism is inspiring. Glad my nephew went to a team with class.

Today, I signed an Executive Order temporarily repealing bedtimes in the City of New York so that kids of all ages can watch our team in the NBA Finals. As Mayor, you’re forced to make many difficult decisions. This was not one of them. Go Knicks.

Went in my sons room. He’s 23 year old. White, privileged, from a financially well off family. This is evidence that despite being a bit of a disaster myself, I raised this boy right. He is out canvassing for Peter Ortiz for San Jose City Council right now.
