so they are building a cloud like AWS or Google cloud, where you can have a dedicated computer in the cloud, except the servers aren't x86-based, but something like Vera Rubin, which google has committed to & AWS will probably offer.

and they will need a lot of capital (or debt) to build this out. Or will they just run it on AWS or google cloud?
