Curious to know what region you're working in--does your state have a LEAD-K law?

NY - I cannot speak to leg but did do a quick google which indicates it has not yet been passed. I can only speak to my experience working with Deaf Ss as I did so in a previous district which had Deaf Edu K-12 and collaborating with the Ts in that program. I would never claim to be an expert.
