much like most mental illnesses i've got and my neurodivergence experience and such, menopause is also apparently kind of one of those things it's hard to comprehend the discomforts of unless you're dealing with its effects nonstop for months on end

i always was just like "oh old lady get tired and cranky ok" but no it feels so much worse than that. like being vaguely sick all the time while going through some kind of reverse puberty with a mild fever and a head full of vaseline. yuck
