lrt brings up a great point, given the way users treat Discord as a forum or wiki. Besides, unless you're stupidly active in a public Discoverable Server (which needs to meet criteria like 1,000+ users), you really don't need to panic about the new search indexing.

genAI scraping these indexed servers will inevitably stink (even tho Discord already AI trains), but, all in all, it's a lot of folks panicking over buzzwords and headlines without digging into the official announcement

Personally I feel like the answer people are seeking to that issue is more that people stop making things that should be a forum/wiki into Discords (though I can't see individual forums ever making a comeback). Like I can't imagine this will make a troubleshooting issue much easier to google? 🤔
